Taylor joined Fergusson Lockwood in 2021 finishing his studies at Massey University in 2020, where he graduated with a Degree in Business majoring in Property Valuation and Management.
Taylor’s main focus is the commercial and industrial sector, valuing a range of asset types, mainly commercial and industrial space within Hamilton, Cambridge and the greater Waikato. This work includes insurance valuations, market valuations and market rental valuations. Taylor also undertakes valuations of residential assets mainly in Hamilton and Cambridge.
In Taylor’s spare time, you can find him playing football for Claudelands Rovers.
