Matt Li

Matt joined Fergusson Lockwood & Associates in 2015 following completing a New Zealand Diploma in Management qualifications at UCOL Palmerston North in 2009, and Bachelor of Business Studies degree with a major in Property Valuation & Management at Massey University in 2013.

Matt’s focuses on Residential valuations within Hamilton City and surrounding townships as well as being exposed to a high proportion of off the plans, duplex developments, home and income type, investment residential block, cross lease type, unit title ownership, and vacant land valuations.

Matt speaks both Mandarin and English, and has been living in Hamilton since 2014.
