Jim Ross

Jim graduated from Lincoln University in 1978 with a B.Com Ag, and has since added a Diploma in Business Studies, Certificate in Sustainable Nutrient Management, as well as becoming a Registered Valuer and Registered Farm Consultant.

Jims rural experience has included working for the Rural Bank in the late 1970’s through early 1980’s, farm consulting and valuing with Ashworth Lockwood from 1986 through to 2010 including director for 20-years.

Jim moved into the role of Rural Valuation Assurance Manager for ASB Bank from 2010 to 2021, after which joined back with the team at Fergusson Lockwood. Jim’s role includes Agribusiness valuations through-out the Waikato with work also undertaken for Maori Land Trusts. Jim is a handy golfer, enjoys his family time, and loves to travel.
