Russell is a Registered Valuer and gained registration in 1979. Russell practiced in Auckland City for many years and has significant expertise in the valuation of industrial and commercial properties. A recent MBA degree at Waikato University strengthens the business knowledge.
Russell Fergusson has been a dairy farm owner, and is a director of several companies including ownership in a technology development business.
Russell’s family settled in Morrinsville to establish a community business in the Waikato, having the base business in Hamilton Central; undertaking most valuation types in the Waikato area including; commercial, industrial residential subdivisions, compensation, insurance and rural valuations.
