Fergusson Lockwood & Associates Ltd are independent property valuers and advisors valuing in the greater Waikato Region.  Fergusson Lockwood & Associates Ltd is growing and our team needs you. We are currently seeking Qualified or Registered Valuers to join our office.

We have an existing client database and opportunities to increase that database in all sectors, Fergusson Lockwood & Associates Ltd is one of the longest established valuation businesses in the Waikato for providing property valuation services.

The successful candidate will work alongside our Senior Valuers, undertaking a variety of market work including; CMVs, primarily commercial market work including; Lease, Rental Assessments, Mortgage Valuations, etc. As part of the position we are offering the successful applicant to take over an existing client database with a potential business network growth.

The successful candidate/s will:

• Have a pleasant professional manner, possess a solid valuation background
• Have strong business acumen and work ethic
• Have technical ability, excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Be committed to providing exceptional customer service
• Have the opportunity to make the job your own and playing an integral role in our team
